While the diameters of the DIN 1629 ST 37 Seamless Pipe ranges between 10,2 mm to about 108 mm with the wall thickness being up to 12,5 mm in the case of cold drawn pipes. In order to check the tightness of the DIN 2391 ST 37 Steel Pipe, this steel grade needs to be subject to water testing at 7 Mpa. Alternatively, the DIN 2448 ST 37 could also be subjected to electromagnetic testing as well if tightness is to be checked.
